La Leche League of Central Oregon
La Leche League of Central Oregon is a local chapter of La Leche League of Oregon providing free parent-to-parent support for families who are breastfeeding, chestfeeding, pumping, or human milk feeding.
La Leche League Leaders are experienced parents who have been trained and accredited through La Leche League International. Families can connect through community meetings as well as individual phone or email support for questions about nursing and human milk feeding. The Central Oregon group also offers informational materials and a lending library.

You are pregnant and preparing for breastfeeding or chestfeeding, currently nursing or pumping, have questions about human milk feeding, or simply want to connect with other local parents who have experience navigating infant feeding.
La Leche League may be especially helpful if you are looking for free, informal peer support in addition to your healthcare or professional lactation team, or if you would benefit from connecting with other feeding families in your community.
